Black Star Built is a small carpentry business based in Newport, working across Melbourne’s inner west and inner north. We focus on residential work for homeowners who value craft, material quality and the long-term feel of their spaces.

Our approach is hands-on and deliberate. Each job is carried out with care, precision and respect for the home, with an emphasis on getting the details right so the work performs well and lasts. We are not focused on scale, we focus on doing appropriate work properly.
